All orders are delivered in carefully concealed packaging that give no indication of what is contained inside. Medication is packaged in plain padded envelopes to ensure the privacy of our customers during delivery and handling processes.
The time it takes to deliver the medication, or expected time of arrival, depends on where it is being dispatched to. If you are ordering from an address in the UK, delivery will normally take 2 to 4 business days. For orders going to countries in Europe broadly, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days.
These are average estimates based on normal delivery conditions and delivery can take longer due to unforeseen factors, such as postal strikes or public holidays.
Various factors beyond our control such as late deliveries from suppliers and problems with the postal system can cause unforeseen delays. Inaccurate information regarding delivery details can also result in delays or loss of orders. Please make sure you submit the correct details when you complete the online order form. Our online pharmacy will not accept liability for the delay or loss of goods due to incorrect details being submitted e.g. mistakes with names, delivery address and so on.

Lost orders are extremely rare, but if your order has not arrived at your address within 28 days, please contact our customer support department available online seven days a week. Our customer support representatives will log an inquiry and advise you if any further information is needed. It is also the customer’s responsibility to notify us if an order has not been received.
If the reason for the order going missing is due to incorrect details being provided by the customer, then no refund or return order request can be logged or processed.
